10 Irresistible Lotus Biscoff Treats Available In Klang Valley

Hands up if you’re a Lotus Biscoff fan 🙋

Although this dessert trend has been around in Malaysia for a while now, looks like the MCO has given a popularity boost to the sweet and savoury delight, with many variations popping up around Klang Valley.

And hey, we’re not complaining.

In fact, we are more than happy to discover the endless choice of this amazing treat! So if you don’t know where to start, fret not, because we’ve got you covered:

1. Sundaydo – Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

Sundaydo offers a wide range of delicious cakes, and we love them the most for their drool-worthy Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake!

Like most of their other selections, the biscoff cake tastes humble, but definitely memorable. It’s something you will dream about before you sleep.

With just the right amount of sweet and salty, this cake is perfect for family gatherings as well as to be enjoyed alone.

2. Dotty’s – Cornflakes Biscoff French Toast

Dotty’s, the cafe that became famous for their salted egg yolk cronut, already has a few lotus biscoff desserts listed in their menu.

That said, our attention today is centered on their latest addition — Cornflakes crusted French Toast with Speculoos and Biscoff crumbs. Yum, that is a spectacular creation! We bet it’s a good dessert to order when you visit the beautiful cafe.

3. Transparent – Enjoy it with bread & butter

Biscoff is derived from the combination of biscuit and coffee, also known as cookie butter, Speculoospasta (Dutch) and Trøffel-masse (Danish).

So when you add vegetable oil, it will create a spread-like texture which can be enjoyed just like that. Transparent Coffee Bangsar serves the biscoff spread with butter and bread — making it a non-complicated dish which tastes amazing.

5. Sunbather Coffee – Tiramisu Biscoff

This is a Japanese fusion cafe located at The Sphere Bangsar South. There’s a corner with tatami seating, which is definitely an Insta-worthy spot. What’s more, the price is reasonable too for the quality served.

They have an extensive menu, offering various combinations, so you need to come here a few times to try all of them. One of the best-selling item is the Tiramisu Biscoff cake, of course.

7. Buttercake Factory – Biscoff Coffee Cake

This cake, which is a combination of coffee and Lotus, has a good texture and tastes great too! Sweetness is just on point, however, we have to note that the biscoff’s flavour may overpower the taste of the coffee.

If you’re not a fan of bitter coffee, then this cake is perfect for you.

Souka is so generous with the Lotus spread (just look at those layers!) and we simply can’t have enough of this cheesecake.

However, you may want to share it with a friend as the portion is quite big for one slice.

For obvious reasons, llaollao simply has to be in this list. It serves the best and most delicious Froyo in town, which explains why it’s a bit pricey.

llaollao (pronounced as Yao Yao) is a Spanish natural frozen yogurt franchise. Their froyo is made from skimmed milk, combined with a choice of toppings. Our favourite is the lotus biscoff sauce and biscuit crumbs! Good to be enjoyed at any time of the day.
