This place is amazing. It’s not too noisy, in which you can hear people speak and actually have a decent conversation without shouting over the speaker.

2. Iron Fairies, KL
If you want to know how RM12million interior looks like, then this is the place to be.
Iron Fairies KL is a large bar with a cool, steampunk-type vibe. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which is filled with wonderfully detailed iron work, whimsical colours and bottles of “fairy dusts”. You will feel like you’re in another world once you enter.

The it place for all occasions, serving unique fusion cuisine and beverages. It has a very comfy vibe and beautiful interior design, as well as outdoor view.
Do note that the pricing is premium, but don’t worry because the taste wise is going to be spectacular. We hear the boxed gin and milo is a hit!

6. HighBall, Bukit Damansara
Speakeasy hidden in plain sight, located within the shoplots at Bukit Damansara. It is considered as a “premium” bar, where only selected people can go in. After a while, they opened to the rest of the public, but with a cover charge.
Entrance is free on selected days, though, so you have to keep updated with them on social media.

7. Lucky Tora
Super cool little restaurant/bar serving Japanese fusion delights, in a super modern environment — A playful creation by the co-founder of Kaiju.

Great Indochina themed speakeasy bar nestled in KL’s Chinatown area. The decor is really well-planned, which creates a great atmosphere.

This is a fun, trendy bar with an impressive list of gin from all over the world. We recommend you to book earlier if you’re planning to go on a Friday or Saturday evening, as it does get busy.

Boasting horror-themed interior features, The Deceased KL sure is different than the rest of pretty bars in this list, but it’s still a good place to hang out and take nice pictures.
It’s a little difficult to find, where part of the mystery is you have to find an unmarked red door on the street. It will then direct you to a staircase which leads you to the small bar. You’re gonna have so much fun!
