Cloud bread is the newest food trend to dominate TikTok, filling our feeds with dozens of videos of the fluffy creation.
The blue loaf of bread looks so airy and light! Of course, made in all sorts of pretty colours!
And it only needs three ingredients, which you probably already have in your kitchen.
3 eggs (white egg only)

1. Whip the egg whites. Add your egg whites to a grease-free bowl. Start to whip your egg whites on medium-low, until frothy and pale.
2. Add the sugar, a little bit at a time, until the sugar dissolves and the egg whites start to foam up.
3. Add the cornstarch. Continue to whip on high until the egg whites become a glossy thick meringue.
4. When egg whites are done, you tilt the bowl, the whites should not slide. Be careful not to over whip!
5. Shape the cloud. Use a rubber spatula to scoop out the meringue and shape into a cloud on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
6. Bake in a low oven until golden and cooked through.
