Everyone loves ice cream! It not only taste good, but it can also make you feel better when you’re feeling down. However, purchasing one might be somewhat of a hassle since the cheaper ones doesn’t taste as good as the more expensive counterpart.
So why don’t we try make one at home instead? I’ve found the easiest ice cream recipe ever and it only consists of TWO short steps!
Pro tip: Add any extra ingredients such as chocolate chips, caramel, or vanilla bean before freezing.
Or you can even add Greek yogurt into the mix and turn it into a delicious froyo!
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Beat heavy cream in a bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form; add sweetened condensed milk and beat until thick and well combined.
Transfer mixture to a shallow container and cover with plastic wrap; freeze until solid.
After about 6 hours, you can enjoy your ice cream!
